Thing I can never understand is when I’m driving and i see the driver head above the center armrest. How the hell is that comfortable?

I often find myself leaning to the middle, particularly on long drives. It’s the guys who have their driver’s seat practically in the back seat that I can’t understand. How the hell can you reach the steering wheel?
